Mission: Plans and executes Nebraska chapter events, including networking, social, sports tournament, and guest speaker programs. Helps secure event sponsors.

Mission: Oversees the chapter’s membership recruitment and renewal efforts. Helps indentify and recruit new chapter members—contractors, associates and institutional. Develops new benefits and services for chapter members.

Mission: Promotes utility construction safety in Nebraska, as well as environmental and regulatory compliance. Reviews industry safety practices and develops Nebraska programs that create a culture of safety awareness. Plans the chapter’s safety, compliance and management training programs and materials. Identifies safety, health, risk management, and compliance issues affecting Nebraska's industry and recommends action to address such issues. Develops proactive measures to prevent damages and limit contractor liability.

Mission: Seeks to collaborate with partners in the industry to address common needs. Builds strong relationships with key industry allies, other associations, suppliers, general contractors, labor, utility companies, engineers, students and general public. Develops NUCA of Nebraska’s policy positions and coordinates action on governmental matters affecting the industry. This includes legislative and regulatory issues at the local, state and federal levels. Builds strong relationships with state and municipal government officials.

Mission: Develops and monitors chapter’s annual budget. Advises on chapter’s financial and investment policies. Establishes long-term financial goals for the chapter and seeks out new revenue sources.

Workforce Development Task Force
Mission: Collaborates with government officials to advance Nebraska's future workforce development in utility construction. Seeks to prevent potential strains on our available labor pool. Aims to creeate more training and construction specific employability skill building. Seeks to expose potential workers to potential employers in Nebraska's utility construction industry. Helps contractors gain access to new, well trained employees who will help meet the demands of increasing utility construction work in Nebraska.
