Updated Cancellation Policy:
In anticipation of the possibility for travel interruptions due to COVID 19 we have updated our cancellation policy. 

NEW: Cancel up until Monday, January 18, 2021 for a full refund less $150 per person administration fee, appoint a substitution, OR donate the full registration amount to NUCA’s STRAF program. When submitting a request please indicate if you will be cancelling for a refund less the administrative fee, appointing a substitution, or donating the registration amount. All requests must be submitted in writing and sent to nuca@nuca.com. Cancellations after Tuesday, January 19, 2021 will not be refunded but substitutions will be allowed. 

In the event that the meeting is cancelled due to federal or local authorities imposing a quarantine on the state of Florida here are the available options: event registration fee can donated to STRAF, partial event registration fee can be donated, OR a full refund can be provided.  Event organizers will contact you directly on how to proceed if the meeting is cancelled by NUCA.
