Jason Schroder | President and Lead Trainer, Elevate Construction
Jason is a former Field Operations and Project Director. He has worked as a construction leader for 23 years through positions that range from field engineer to project superintendent, general superintendent, and field operations director. He is the President of Elevate Construction, a company focused on elevating construction from coast to coast by providing insights, solutions, and training. His mission is to create respect in the field, through trained leaders, which ultimately preserves and protects families in construction. He is the creator of the Field Engineer Boot Camp and Superintendent Boot Camp, which are immersive courses that train field leadership. He hosts the Elevate Construction Podcast, is the author of Elevating Construction Superintendents, Takt Planning & Integrated Control, and Elevating Construction Senior Superintendents. He also hosts a blog through elevateconstructionist.com, and trains, consults, and coaches throughout the country.

Lowell Applebaum, FASAE, CAE, CPF | CEO and Strategy Catalyst, Vista Cova
Lowell partners with organizations on strategic visioning and planning, creating stronger stakeholder connections, and reimagining value and engagement. As a Certified Professional Facilitator, Lowell frequently provides dynamic sessions to organizations - getting volunteers, members, and staff involved through experiential learning approaches. Lowell currently serves as the Past Chair for the overseeing commission for the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification. He chaired ASAE’s Task Force on CEO Pathways, and previously served as Chair for ASAE’s Component Relations Council. He is the creator of a master-level learning series, Through the CEO Lens, and Association Charrette – a co-creation retreat experience. He is the co-Executive Editor and Contributing Author for ASAE’s Component Relations Handbook, 2nd edition, and contributed chapters to the latest versions of Professional Practices of Association Management as well as Membership Essentials. He is a mentor for ASAE’s Diversity Executive Leadership Program and recently served as a facilitator for ASAE’s Centennial Recognition Task Force. His work on global efforts for associations includes experience across five continents, hundreds of volunteer groups, and all 50 states in the U.S.

Toby has 20 plus years with multiple organizations in the non profit sector. Most recently specializing in the guidance and development of younger millennial aged boards for the strategic and successful fulfillment of their mission, vision, core values and strategic plan. He is an association executive skilled in strategic leadership of volunteer driven trade and professional organizations.
