Train the Trainer
The June 22-26, 2020 event has been postponed. A new date is being sought.
Coppell, Texas (a suburb of Dallas)
Registrations are being accepted today!
Please note: While the April 20-24, 2020 Train-the-Trainer session was moved in mid-March to June 22-26 in light of the national emergency on coronavirus, the continued flu emergency situation has caused another delay.
NUCA is seeking an alternate date. Registered participants will be notified of its new schedule as soon as we have a new date established.
Since NUCA held its first CPT/CSE train-the trainer programs 25 years ago, an entirely new generation of workers are entering the workforce – young and inexperienced. They need to know how to work safely around excavations and confined spaces. NUCA expects the demand for CPT/CSE instructors to steadily increase over the next few years, as employees who were trained in early years retire and make way for new, inexperienced, but motivated workers.
NUCA approved Instructors are an elite group of individuals who have helped to build and improve this program as the years passed. Just as your trained employees are retiring, so are many of our trainers; creating a need for new well trained instructors to teach the NUCA programs. And with 25 years of instructor training under our belt, few, if any companies, can bring the knowledge and experience to training instructors as George Kennedy and Greg Strudwick – two of the most respected safety professionals in the industry.
Applications are accepted all year round and are subject to approval. To register, please download the applicaton below and e-mail the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For more information on this program, please contact George Kennedy, NUCA's Vice President of Safety.
